Update 12_15_15 to My Fight to Beating Alzheimer's

It has been a while since my last update. In my previous updates I should have provided all the numbers on my mercury blood tests. Six months prior to my amalgam removal, on 9/15/14 the mercury level in my blood was 8.5 ug/L or 8.5 ng/ml. This was after I was made aware of mercury as being the cause of my Alzheimer's and other symptoms. I took a long time to read the books and schedule the removal and then six months after amalgam removal on 9/30/15 the mercury level in my blood was 1.46 ng/ml, still 75% above the Center for Disease Control (CDC) average of .833 ng/ml. My levels prior to removal at 8.5 was 920% higher than the CDC average and yet the medical reference range says that until it reaches 15 ug/L I do not have mercury poisoning. The American Medical Association believes that until a person's mercury level reaches 1700% above the CDC average they do not have mercury poison. I don't know if the doctors and dentists are colluding to say that mercury from amalgams are safe or not, but it seems to me that they don't listen to the scientists. If you look at all the diseases cured by amalgam removal in
http://www.mouthbodydoctor.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/Results-Removal-Amalgam-Research.pdf one can see that the dental industry creates a lot of patients for the medical field to practice treatment of the symptoms without addressing the actual root cause.

On 11/5/15 I saw Vera Sacks at Groton Wellness (grotonwellness.com) again. She updated my treatment to do more mercury detox since she determined that my parasite problem was gone. I Incorporated her changes into the treatment program I listed below since much had changed since the July 4, 2015 blog entry with the log and I hadn't kept up the log very well. She told me I was retaining too much calcium and I had to stop taking the multivitamin, vitamin D and boron. She also told me I needed another hair test to determine how to balance my vitamins and amino acids since taking too much of one is antagonistic to another. My supplement list below incorporates her recommendations prior to the results of the hair test.

Even though Vera said my parasite problem was gone, I went ahead with a couple rounds of the Gubarev protocol that Irina had recommended, just to be safe. I had been waiting for my shipment of eucalyptus leaves and oil which was to used in the 3rd round of enemas. I decided not to do that round and only did the milk with salt enema and then the baking soda enema four days later. In neither case did I see any type of parasitic worms so I didn't go through with the subsequent rounds of enema.

On 11/11/15 I had my last appointment with Dr. Harvmit Huang of Accupuncture Associates in Framingham, MA for this year. I attribute my fatigue symptoms going away before my amalgam removals to the acupuncture just as it did for my son when he had his concussion. I continued to see him since I still also had neck issues and the acupuncture was good for the flow of my liver, kidney, lymph and brain. Vera and Irina said it was good since I was also doing herbal cleansing and my acupuncturist was closer for me than their acupuncturist at Groton Wellness. I wanted to make sure that the fatigue aspect would not come back if I stopped the acupuncture and it has been over a month now so I guess the fatigue will not come back since I have had my amalgams removed. It was also a good time to stop since the insurance coverage ran out a long time ago. I will try to just go the herbal route until insurance coverage is available again next year.

On 11/24/15 I saw Irina Serebryakova of Groton Wellness again to go over my Tri Test results that had come back from Quicksilver which were not available on my previous visit. I already talked about the results. She put me back on the Cleansing formula and went over my med and supplements list which I said I would update to put on my blog since it was a long list. So I owed that updated list to Vera and Irina and my next appointment with Vera is tomorrow so it will follow Irina's instructions below.

On 12/14/15 I saw my allergist, Dr. Stuart Rhein, for an asthma checkup and unfortunately my asthma had gotten a little worse so I am going to go on an inhaler again for a month, using my rescue inhaler (ProAir) to open my airways a bit and then the QVAR inhaler to get the stuff to my lungs. It is possible that because I was fighting a cold it may have contributed to the inflammation in my lungs and bad asthma score, but we will try an experiment for a month to see if there is any improvement brought on by the inhalers.  While I was there they did notice another occurrence of heart palpitation.  Dr. Huang, my acupuncturist had also seen it months earlier.  Dr. Rhein suggested I see my internist about it.  There might be something they can do about monitoring and treating it. I know that is the reason I stopped the green tea and piracetam because I wasn't sure they were the cause or could exacerbate the problem.  I know that since I stopped taking the tea and piracetam and the problem still exists, it is not due to the tea or piracetam.  I know that mercury also cause heart palpitations.  Maybe I will see my primary care doctor.

Current meds and supplements recommended by medical doctors, Vera Sacks and Irina Serebyakova both of Groton Wellness, “Hal Huggins Assist Report” and “Prescriptions for Nutritional Healing” by James F Balch M.D.and Phyllis A Balch C.N.C and various other sources
  1. Vera Sacks prescribed the following (as part of 3 times per day, upon rising, mid morning and mid afternoon at least 30 minutes before meals) as part of mercury detox
    - Soluna Detoxification and Drainage Therapy by InnovativeMedicine.com (requires homeopathic practitioner to prescribe it) – consisting of:
25 drops of Soluna Nr. 8 Hepatik for liver and bilary disorders and detox and drainage
25 drops of Soluna Nr. 9 Lymphatik for diseases of lymphatic system and detox and drainage
25 drops of Soluna Nr. 16 Renalin for kidneys and urogenital system and detox and drainage
    - Bach Rescue Remedy Natural Stress Relief – 2 drops (part of 4 times daily = 5x dilution of Helianthemum nummularium HPUS, Clematis vitalba HPUS, Impatiens glandulifera HPUS, Prunus cerasifera HPUS, Ornithogalum umbellatum HPUS.
    - Metaltox 10 drops
Vera prescribed the following to help balance my bodies minerals since they were out of balance. She recommended I stop the multivitamin which contained calcium and too many other things which was antagonistic to increasing some minerals in which I was low. I also had to stop the vitamin D and boron supplements.
    - Hyland's #4 Ferrum Phos, 6x homeopathic cell salts
    - Hyland's #6 Kali Phos, 6x homeopathic cell salts
    - Hyland's #8 Magnesium Phos, 6x homeopathic cell salts
    - Hyland's #11 Natural Sulphur, 6x homeopathic cell salts
    - Once per week Nux Vomica 30c (usually Friday or Saturday)

Also at these 3 times of the day I would try to take one teaspoon of ReadiSorb or Research Nutritional brand of liposomal glutathione to I increase my total glutathione levels. These need to be refrigerated. I have to wait at least 30 minutes before I can have breakfast.

At breakfast, I would try to mix 1 TB of coconut oil into my cereal or rice. I would do so again sometimes at afternoon snack or dinner to get medium chain triglycerides (MCT) to allow brain to use ketones instead of glucose for metabolic functions as according to “Stop Alzheimers Now” by Bruce Fife and “Awakening From Alzheimers” by Peggy Sarlin (5) 11/2014

After almost finishing breakfast where that I would take my morning supplements:
    1. 9/2012 Swanson Super DHA from Calamari, (DHA 500 mg EPA 125 mg, 50 mg other Omega 3 Fatty acids) or Swanson Super EPA from ecOmega Fish Oil 300 mg EPA, 200 mg DHA, 50 mg other fatty acids)
    2. 3/2013 Swanson Ubiquinol  100 mg (Kaneka QH Enhanced Bioactivity CoQ10) has been switched to Jarrow Ubiquinol QH-absorb100 mg
    3. 6/2014 Donepezil 10 mg
    4. 9/2014 Swanson DMAE 250 mg (dimethylaminoethanol bitartrate)
    5. 9/2014 Swanson Acetyl L-Carnitine 500 mg
    6. 12/20/2014 Matrix 1000 mg Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) Plus 150 mg Rose Hips (4, 8) has been switched to two Swanson Acerola 500 mg. (I try to take another 1000 mg of ascorbic acid with water or juice at lunch to make up the recommended 3000 mg per day I need)
    7. 12/20/2014 Matrix Eaters digest – 130 mg Betaine HCI, 130 mg L-Glutamic acid, 65 mg Amylase, 65 mg Pepsin NF, 32 mg Ox Bile Extract, 32 mg Pancreatin 4X, 32 mg Papain NF has been replaced with Twin Labs Betaine HCL caps (Betaine hydrochloride 648 mg, Pepsin 1:10000 130 mg) for digestion

    9. 1/13/15 Swanson Pycnogenol 100 mg (French maritime pine bark extract) daily (From “Awakening From Alzheimers” by Peggy Sarlin)
    10. 1/13/15 Eat 1-2 eggs daily to get enough phosphatildylserine but also add Swanson 300 mg phosphatildylserine (from Sharp PS 28D soybean phospholipid in a proprietary mixture of sunflower oil and MCT oil)

    16. Swanson Albion Complexed Selenium 200 mcg (Vera Sacks recommended for mineral/vitamin/amino acid balance)
    17. If I can, I will try to take a quarter to half teaspoon of chlorella powder. Irina Serebryakova had prescribed Premier Research Lab's Premier Greens which contains cilantro to bind to mercury and chlorella to remove the bound mercury. It tastes fine when mixed with applesauce. Morning or snack time is fine to take this.
Additional supplements for cervical spondylosis, bulging discs and general health needs:

Update to help those newly diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimer's

My wife knows someone whose husband was recently diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimer’s and she asked me to send her some info. I sent her my blog address and told her she may want to start at the first post though by reading through to the end and then Click on the “Older Posts” link which goes to
or she can start at the first blog post by clicking on the above link and upon finishing all of that (it could take some days) she can then click on “Newer Posts” link button to read the latest posts.

One more book she should read that I got from a forum is http://www.amazon.com/Im-Still-Here-Philosophy-Alzheimers/dp/1583333762  and this was mentioned in post at
This book can be checked out at most library networks (there are several copies available through Minute Man Library network) https://syndetics.com/index.aspx?isbn=9781583333761/summary.html&client=minuteman&type=rn12&issn#summary

The forum for caregivers and those with ALZ is at https://www.alzconnected.org/ and she can read caregivers and he can read the one with younger onset Alzheimer

Another link with more reading material is http://www.alzheimersreadingroom.com
Lots of info here

An alzconnected posting also pointed me to an interesting blog by Kate Swaffer http://kateswaffer.com/2015/08/17/slowing-the-progression-of-dementia/ which I didn't send her. I hope she reads this sometime later but she has so much to read.

After starting to read my blog and scheduled an appt with a bio-dentist for her husband she had more questions so I sent her the following info to answer some of her questions. I guess my blog has a lot of blind spots since most of the info is in the books. Since it take months to read all the books and people want to get going quickly this info may help.

One thing Huggins recommends, and Groton Wellness follows, is do a blood test prior to having any amalgams removed to determine what each patient is sensitive to regarding personal reactive allergies.  http://www.ccrlab.com is the lab Groton Wellness used and their phlebotomist was able to draw blood there and send to the lab.  You might also be able to see your own primary care doctor and provide the kit provided by Clifford and have them draw your blood and have them send it out to Clifford.  The purpose of the test is to ensure that the composites for fillings, crowns and cement used are compatible with the patient’s blood chemistry (no allergic or toxic reactions) instead of replacing one and see how he does.  If the patient is reactive to the composite used it could be almost as bad as the mercury.  There are about 4000 dental products used by dentists and Clifford will see if the ones normally used by the dentist is compatible and list alternative materials compatible with the patient.

A blood test can also determine what minerals your body needs as what Huggins Assist report provided.  Alternatively, a good person we used using EAV could do something similar.  A practitioner at Groton and NH, Vera Sacks http://verasacks.com/personalized-healing-system or http://www.grotonwellness.com/dental/practitioners/vera-saks-eav-practitioner may be able to help.  It might be cheaper to go to her office in NH since most health plans won’t cover it.

If your husband is going to get a blood draw, he should consider QuickSilver Scientifiic’s Tri-Test https://www.quicksilverscientific.com to determine how his mercury levels are currently before amalgam removals.  Huggins recommends another check 6 months after amalgam removal to determine the detox effectiveness following treatment.

Natural detox such as FAR infrared sauna does not require approval by a primary care doctor.  Groton Wellness has a sauna but we purchased a Clearlight Organic Hemp Curve dome one ourselves since we will both be using it many times.  We got ours at http://holisticsaunas.com which has the best info and prices I could find.  You can spend lots of time reading and learning about sauna’s from here and the best way to use the sauna for detox. There are no adverse effects when doing sauna at low FAR sauna temps.

The detox process can take a year or more but after removal at least your husband won’t have constantly taking in 150 mcg of mercury per filling to make his symptoms worse.  FAR sauna is usually also complemented with vitamin C and Alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) and other holistic detox methods. Groton also provides IV's of vitamin C and ALA.  Other chemical detox is possible with primary care doctor supervision but Huggins and others don’t often recommend it since the liver, kidney’s and other systems may already be overwhelmed from years of trying to remove mercury and a large influx of mercury from chem detox may overwhelm the organs with more mercury than it can handle and cause mercury to vacate one organ for another which will cause adverse effects.

I would recommend reading Huggin’s “It’s All In Your Head” and the Tom Warren’s “Beating Alzheimer’s” ASAP and reading some of those other books since they go over diet and detox which is part of the protocol.

Latest Updates including blood and hair test results

I've been taking my detox stuff for my kidneys, lypmth etc, exercising, doing my Brain Age 2 training, playing piano, trying to learn some Mandarin, meditating and reading (Ruby programming and Sci Fi pleasure reading). Other than the reading activity, which is longer, these activities are only 15 to 30 minute activities. So around noon I did my Brain Age 2 Brain Age Check and came up with an age of 59. Some things were just slow for me and it was still the optimal time of day. Usually, after 4 pm my mind slows down noticeably.

Groton Wellness sent me my results today from Quicksilver Scientific  https://www.quicksilverscientific.com on my blood, urine and hair results on my mercury levels. I didn't use the same company to do blood and hair analysis before the amalgam removal procedures since I used Huggins Assist report and they didn't focus so much on the mercury in the blood since they wanted to know what else my blood told them. This test focused just on the mercury. The blood's inorganic levels were very low but the Methylmercury was still in the slightly elevated range giving me a total mercury level still 75% higher than the CDC average. The mercury levels in the hair indicated I still was having trouble metabolizing the mercury though that only corroborates what Vera and Irina indicated in their tests. I was hoping that with all the detox I was doing that it would have been better, but I guess like the Huggins program indicated, it could be a slow two year process to detox to be safe so I don't overwhelm my kidneys, liver and lymph glands. Also, Irina said I am now just up to 300 mg ALA IV and her other patients have already progressed to IVs in the 1000 mg level. Alpha-lipoic Acid (ALA) is the main way to increase total glutathione levels in the body so that the body can perform its own toxin (mercury) removal. I will go over the results with Irina next month when I see her.

Hopefully with more detox and continually trying to learn new stuff I can get my brain speed back to where I can score an age in the 40's in Brain Age 2 where I was a few years ago.

Update on Journey to Beating Alzheimer's 10_20_15

I had an appointment with Irina about a week ago and I wanted to post the plan she came up with for me specific to my case and current conditions with the additional parasite and other ongoing maladies. Any diagnosed with dementia should note that parasites also could also be a contributing factor in dementia. Thats why I am supposed to do the Gubarev protocol. http://www.extremehealthradio.com/ep-203-professor-alex-volinsky-how-he-used-special-enemas-to-extract-parasitic-rope-worms-lose-over-80-pounds-in-the-process-2-12-2014/

I added some links to the July 4 Log entry on some of the supplements used to help with the cognitive issues and a couple more links on using cilantro and chlorella for detox. I was already using the bentonite clay but I may want to try adding cilantro before the bentonite when I resume to metal detox.

Update 10_6_15 on my Journey to Beating Alzheimer's

I took the Kombucha tea for a little over two weeks until my health care EAV specialist, Vera Sacks said I shouldn't since I am already doing a detox regimen. During that time I felt pretty strong and I did gain back some weight up to 141 lbs which I had been trying to do for months. As for side effects, I did have a lot more gas than usual. I will give the last batch to my sister in law since she likes it.

At my last EAV appointment on 9/30/15 with Vera Sacks, she did find that I had a set back. I seem to have gotten another parasitic infection over the summer. Maybe it was all that lake fishing by the shore or canoe. Anyways I have to do more of that Soluna medicines and other homeopathy stuff again before getting back to the metal detox stuff. I was still doing some of Irina's mercury detox stuff too and I took another blood sample that day along with hair and urine samples to determine how well my detox is going. I will get the results when I see Irina Serebryakova again Oct 13.

I did the Alzheimer's Assoc walk Oct 3, 2015 in Foxborough, MA and our Chin Dynasty team raised $11,661.00 of which I raised $1,380.00. I want to thank all of those who helped us to raise those funds with special thanks to my wife who raised an amazing $6,676.00 by herself and the rest of the team members who raised and or walked. The 2.5 mile walk wasn't tiring at all this year, just a little cold and wet due to the wind and rain.

Cognitively, I have slowed down a bit. I did a Brain Age 2 test and it gave me a brain age of 62. I had not been training at all with the program and while doing some of the training exercises it showed some horrible times, walking speed for most of them. I could compare to some of my previous times to complete the exercises and it was disheartening. After that, I decided to start doing a regimen. I put my physical exercises into my calendar along with Brain Age 2 training, piano playing/singing, Mandarin language learning, pleasure reading and time to read a computer book. They say we need to do new things so this stuff is mostly new stuff. The piano/singing I use just the music from the Sunday missal or free vocal songs. It is just the melody right hand because doing both hands and trying to sing was way too hard. I used my calendar app for a couple days to keep track of the regimen but it made it hard to see if I had any openings for doctor/dentist appointments so I moved these things to my reminder app which also has my medicine reminders which are several times a day. Hopefully, I will get my mind sharper and younger again.

I added a couple more links to my log entry in my blog. Some good stuff from Dr. Boyd Haley, PhD on mercury toxicity and neurological diseases. If you are new to the blog, you definitely need to spend the time clicking on the links to watch or read about the information which backs up some of what I have tried to summarize and use for my own use. It may take a long time to go through it all but if you or a loved one has been diagnosed with some type of dementia, ALS, lupus or other neurological disease it is worth reading since the pharma trained doctors will not tell you about any of this.

You will see Dr. Boyd's links near one of these other new links http://customers.hbci.com/~wenonah/hydro/amalgam.htm

9_20_2015 Update on my version of Beating Alzheimer's

I started drinking Kombucha tea to help detox, two tablespoons per day for the first two days, three the third and 4 tablespoons the fourth day.  I try to take it in the morning.  On 9/20 my health is fine in that I feel strong, no fatigue and my weight is back over 140 for at least the last couple of days.  My usual weight the last decade is in the 140 – 145 range.  When I went down to 132 earlier this year people were worried about my health but I am fine now.  It isn’t due to just the tea, it is due to everything I have tried in total.  One side effect to this batch which I may have fermented too long is that I do pass more gas.  No upset stomach but passing more gas.

I want to restate my reversing ALZ strategy in another way today.  The overall strategy is to remove the offending continuing source of toxic mercury poisoning from dental amalgams and then let the body and brain heal itself.  As the Great Courses’ “Understanding the Brain” by Jeannette Norden said, the brain has a high level of plasticity.  It can reroute neural pathways and use different parts of the brain to compensate.   An example of this is the boy who was born blind and can use his hearing and have the part of the brain that is normally used for sight used for echo location hearing so the boy can skateboard at a skateboard park. He can hear the curves in the walls and knows where the top of the wall is from the change in sounds he hears.  Real Daredevil comic book stuff in real life.

The detox strategies of Far infrared sauna, holistic detox methods and orthomolecular nutrition of using intravenous and oral Vitamin C , Glutathione and other supplements are part of helping the brain and other organs remove the mercury.  Eating healthy and organic as according to clinical ecology or ancestral diet is so that the body won’t be bombarded by other toxins also helps the body heal.

The other group of supplements I take are to help combat the memory loss by increasing the acetylcholine levels similar to what the donepezil does.  Other supplements and the use of acupuncture try to increase the brain blood flow so the glucose and nutrients can get to the brain cells and allow them to function as well as remove bad proteins and mercury antigen complexes.  In those areas where the brain is hypoglycemic (not enough glucose) I take the coconut oil so that it breaks down into ketones which the brain can use instead of glucose to keep the brain cells alive and functioning.  Eventually, I hope the brain can clear itself of the dead cells and tangles with these methods.  I may also add the methylene blue to try to clear the tangles and proteins.

Since I have some short term memory and the mercury source has now been removed, I can surmise that my hippocampus has not been completely destroyed by the mercury.   Maybe the daily vitamin supplement I’ve been taking for decades which contained vitamin C helped me protect myself a tiny bit.  I know others with ALZ are not as fortunate and their hippocampus that makes new brain cells may have been more damaged.  I caught my condition early enough in the early stage of ALZ three years after my brain must have hit its threshold of compensating and I noticed functional degradation in my high performance brain function.  Since my hippocampus is functioning, I hope the brain can repair itself in those areas already damaged and it can help the brain develop new neuron pathways to access the memories in brain cells that are still intact.

For those affected by ALZ who are reading this, I would recommend that you ask your caregivers to read this blog who may be better able to understand this and take action to help you.

Update on mercury detox

I reorganized the original Log, Strategy and Results blog entry to put the less important Log at the end. I also reorganized some of the links and added a few more. Lastly, I updated the log with the detox protocols I have been using as prescribed by my team at Groton Wellness.

At my last appointment with Irina Serebryakova, I went over trying Kombucha tea and she said it would be a good idea for digestion and detox. My cousin Edwin had been drinking it daily for a few decades and his Dad, my uncle, had been doing it before him. He gave me a SCOBY and I am making a brew now. When it is done I will try 1-2 oz daily. You can google Kombucha or Manchurian Tea to see the health benefits.

I also spoke to Irina about eventually trying methylene blue. I put some links into the Log blog entry. According to the book, she should be able to prescribe it and the apothecary can compound it. She is going to research it.

I will get my blood, hair and urine tested at the 6 month mark after amalgam removal to determine the effectiveness of my detox.

My cousin sent me some info on another trial that sounded interesting but I won't be trying to get into it right now since I am doing so many other things. It is here: http://pressroom.usc.edu/usc-professors-receive-nih-funding-for-clinical-trial-of-alzheimers-drug/

Update 7_30_15 ALZHEIMER'S STABILIZED AND IMPROVEMENT SEEN

ALZHEIMER'S STABILIZED AND IMPROVEMENT SEEN

  • Using the Brain Age 2 program a couple of weeks ago I completed a test and it gave me a brain age score of 55 using the full testing regimen not the quick test. It isn't a big neurological test but since it is the same program it provides a comparison over time.  About four years ago it was consistently giving me an age of 49. A couple of years ago it was an age of 59 and my current age is 57. I will continue to test myself to make sure it it stays at 55 or trends downward. I will also try to do it at the same time, after 11 am, when the meds and supplements have had time to metabolize.
  • I am not using chemical detox methods like DMPS, DMSA or EDTA. I am using homeopathic detox methods along with vitamin C and FAR infrared sauna. I will try to update the log section under the first post for the things they prescribed me to take for detox.
  • On 7/27/15 my neurologist at Mass General said my status is stable and my speech speed has increased since my last appointment six months ago. I attribute this to my amalgam removal four months ago, same meds, supplements and mercury detox. To recap, since removing my mercury amalgam fillings four months ago, my cognitive abilities have stabilized, the speed of my coversational speech has improved, I no longer have fatigue or muscle tremors and my asthma has improved from an estimated lung age of greater than 99 years down to an age of 84.
  • I want to add my clinical results to the hundreds or thousands of people who have undergone amalgam removal for treatments of Alzheimer's, ALS, MS, lupus, Parkinson's and other neurological diseases.

Proper Diet and Hydration also needed for beating Alzheimer's

Some other things I have been doing the past nine months that I did not post about is following some of the advice to go to a more ancestral and organic diet as directed by Hal Huggins guides and Tom Warren’s “Beating Alzheimer’s” book.  I don’t need to take in all the pesticides and additives that may further tax my organs as I detox.  The book “An Alternative Approach to Allergies: The New Field of Clinical Ecology Unravels the Environmental Causes of Mental and Physical Ills” by Theron Randolph was very informative and a good read.  This was one of the books indicated as required reading in “Beating Alzheimer’s” by Tom Warren.

Another bit of advice from many sources including my Groton Wellness advisers was to make sure I drink plenty of water.  The brain needs a lot of water as well as the good fats for good brain function and for it to regain some of its size it will need a lot of hydration.

The plasticity of the brain is very high. One of the Great Courses, “Understanding the Brain” by Jeanette Norden is a great DVD course that discusses this in Chapter 26 and you can check it out from most libraries.  http://www.thegreatcourses.com/courses/understanding-the-brain.html

When I get time I may try to post the rest of my post amalgam detox programs.  It is geared mostly to my needs based on Electroacupuncture According to Voll (EAV).  This treatment requires a good practitioner however and very few are available.  This is better than a haphazard approach to detoxing and ruining your organs as you try to detox with some chemical detox approaches.
